We offer a variety of floor plans, including 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, and 3-bedroom apartments to fit your needs. You can view all of our available homes, as well as some virtual tours, on the Floor Plans page.
What do you offer in terms of maintenance and service?
We have an on-site maintenance team with 24/7 emergency service. The team goes through various training throughout the year, including HVAC maintenance and repair, safety procedures, and various technical skills. Standard non-emergency maintenance requests are typically addressed within 24 to 48 business hours, while 24/7 emergency maintenance is available for urgent issues.
How do I pay my rent?
We offer convenient online rent payment through our resident portal. You can also contact our office for other payment options.
How do I submit a maintenance request?
Our online resident portal makes it easy. You can pay rent and submit maintenance requests from your couch. It’s built for convenience, not complication
What if I have a maintenance emergency after office hours?
Contact us at 317-219-7356. Keep in mind that emergencies are reserved for extreme incidents, like security issues, no hot water, and no air conditioning during the summer if the thermostat reads over 80 degrees.
Do you offer short-term leases?
Our standard lease is 12 months, but we understand that life happens. Give our team a call and we can talk through your specific needs.
What fees should I expect during the application process and at move-in?
Our fees are pretty standard — an application fee, administrative fee, deposit, pet fee (if applicable), security deposit, and first month’s rent. We’ll give you a clear breakdown of everything before you sign so there are no surprises.
Do you require renter's insurance?
Yes, we require residents to have renter’s insurance. It’s a simple way to protect you and your belongings, just in case. If you don’t have your own, we can help you get signed up.
Do you offer furnished apartments?
No, so you can make your space your own! Luckily, we’re a short drive to IKEA and other home furnishing options. If you’re not ready to commit to that POÄNG Arm Chair, you could utilize our partners at CORT for decor and furniture rentals.
Do you have a leasing office on-site?
Yes, 32 Union has an on-site leasing office where prospective residents can inquire about available units, schedule tours, and complete the leasing process.
Can I see the apartments in person?

What is the pet policy at 32 Union Apartments?
We are a genuinely pet-friendly apartment community. We welcome both cats and dogs, with no breed or weight restrictions. We do have a limit of two pets per household, and a pet screening is required.
Do you have pet fees?
Yes. We do require a one-time pet fee and a monthly pet rent, both of which are per pet. There also may be an additional fee for the required pet screening. You can reach out to our team for more questions and we’ll go over the full pet policy at the lease signing.

I order a lot of packages. Do you help with deliveries?
We sure do! 32 Union Apartments offers a designated room for package delivery inside the leasing office that is accessible to residents 24/7.
Does 32 Union have limited building access?
Yes, we have a limited access building entry system.
Do the apartment have laundry?
Yes, every apartment at 32 Union comes with a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience.
Is 32 Union very social?
It sure is! The team at 32 Union regularly organizes social events, community programs, and resident activities such as cooking classes, game nights, fitness challenges, and holiday celebrations to encourage residents to get to know their neighbors and foster a sense of community.
Is there free parking?
Yes, we offer plenty of free on-site parking for residents. There are also a select number of garages available for an additional monthly fee. Please contact our office for specific details regarding visitor parking and any regulations.
Do you have an on-site fitness center?
Yes! Our community includes a 24-hour fitness center, a basketball court, and a virtual golf simulator for residents to enjoy. So whether a HIIT workout, game of pickup, or a leisurely game of “golf” is your thing, we have something active for you to do.
What appliances are included in the apartments?
All our apartments feature a full suite of stainless steel appliances, including a built-in microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, electric range, and dishwasher.
Can I bring my own appliances?
Unfortunately, we do not allow residents to remove any of the appliances provided in our apartment homes.
Do you have a pool?
Yes, residents can enjoy our community swimming pool and outdoor lounge area during the season. It is typically open on or around Memorial Day and closes on or around Labor Day.
